This ministry is very crucial to the church as its members are the first to meet in-comers. It makes sure that those coming through the doors feel welcomed, are greeted properly, and are shown a comfortable place to sit to enjoy the service or event. Members of this group make sure attenders have an order of service or any other handouts that are needed. They may also answer questions anyone might have.
